Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Catalyst Pro subscriptions and the student plan, operated by The App Foundry. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Free trial

Every new user gets a 5-day free trial with no payment required, so you can evaluate Catalyst before paying anything.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from within the app (Profile → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep Pro until that date, and the subscription does not renew afterwards. No further charges are made once cancelled.

Refunds

Because Catalyst is a digital product with a free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period. We may, at our discretion and where required by applicable law, issue a refund in cases such as a duplicate charge, a technical billing error, or a payment for which the Service was materially unavailable.

Student plan

The student plan is a one-time payment granting one year of Pro. It does not auto-renew. The same digital-product refund terms above apply.

How to request a refund

Email toshivanggulati@gmail.com from your account email with your payment reference. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
